Founder & CEO

With over 15 years of experience in real estate and construction, Ifeanyi Egwuatu Kingsley has transformed King Martina Properties from a small building contractor into a leading real estate development company in Nigeria.

His journey began after completing his degree in Civil Engineering, where he worked with several top construction firms before identifying a gap in the market for quality, affordable housing delivered with integrity. This vision led to the establishment of King Martina Properties in 2010.

Under his leadership, the company has completed over 50 major construction projects, including residential estates, commercial buildings, and institutional structures. His commitment to excellence and sustainable building practices has earned the company numerous industry recognitions.

Mr. Ifeanyi is passionate about contributing to Nigeria's development through quality infrastructure and believes in empowering the next generation of construction professionals through the company's apprenticeship programs.

Company Founded

King Martina Properties was established by Ifeanyi Egwuatu Kingsley with a focus on residential construction projects.
